Marry the Vision exist to encourage pastors, ministry leaders and their
teams in aligning their focus, attitudes, activities, and relationships to
advance the vision Jesus has entrusted to them for building the church and
advancing the gospel of Christ in their community.

 

Our goal is to be a Trusted ministry partner that strengthens the local
church, its leaders and their ministry teams in the assignment Jesus Christ
has entrusted to them to fulfill. (1 Sam23:16)

What We Provide

  • With training and tools to assist in being fruitful in their Divine assignment.
  • By helping them with continuing skill development, both personally and for their ministry teams, to successfully advance the mission Christ has entrusted to them.

Leadership Development

For Lead Pastor, ministry Leaders/Staff & Church (Can be separated or together)

Ron will prioritize personal time to walk with Pastor, ministry leaders and the church, for the designated period, to help establish, communicate & implement their Christ-centered vision.

Vision Branding & Communication

  • Hone-in on the Vision of the Church and how that message is being communicated among Staff, Department heads, church members,
    community.
  • The What (the vision, focus of ministry/department)
  • The Why (it’s purpose and our attitude in it)
  • The How (Implementation, advancement & activities to fulfill vision)
  • The Who (the personnel & relationships needed at various levels to be fruitful in achieving the vision)

Ron provides a “hands on” commitment

Helping to align teams & processes with the Christ-centered ministry vision.

  • This can be a combination of Video calls and onsite options. Onsite options include leadership workshops, team building sessions and church service.

Ron has established himself as a trusted ministry partner who is dedicated to building the local church, strengthening its leaders and their teams in fulfill the vision of Jesus for the church.
