About Marry the Vision
Our Mission
Marry the Vision exists to build the local church, strengthen pastors and ministry leaders, align their people around their God-given vision, and help local churches move forward together to accomplish it.
We believe Christ entrusts every local church with a meaningful assignment. Our role is not to give leaders a new vision, but to come alongside them as a trusted and supportive partner, helping their people understand the vision, embrace it, unite around it, and advance it.
Because when leaders and their people move forward together, the local church is better positioned to advance the Gospel and make a lasting Kingdom impact in its community and beyond.

Every church has its own vision, culture, opportunities, and challenges. For that reason, Marry the Vision does not take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Six-month and one-year partnership options are available. The scope and investment are determined by the needs and goals of each church or ministry.

Ron Jutze is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for pastors, ministry leaders, and the local church.
With over 40 years of leadership and ministry experience, Ron has devoted himself to helping leaders and their teams accomplish the vision Christ has entrusted to them. He understands both the privilege and the pressure of leadership and brings the perspective of someone who has personally led, built teams, navigated challenges, and helped churches move forward.
As a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team and a certified consultant with Church Answers, Ron brings proven leadership experience and practical insight to every partnership. More than credentials, he brings the heart of a trusted and supportive partner committed to strengthening leaders, aligning vision, and advancing the Kingdom.
